被誉为“欧洲设计界奥斯卡”的A' Design Award ，近日正式公布了2020-2021年度的全球获奖名单。北京北林生态田园团队的生态景观规划设计作品——徐州市贾汪区潘安湖湿地公园核心区域景观设计项目，荣获了景观规划及园林设计组别的设计银奖。

2017年12月，习近平主席来到徐州贾汪区的潘安湖视察，得知这里原来是采煤塌陷区，经生态修复蝶变成了湖阔景美的国家湿地公园。习主席连连夸赞贾汪转型实践做得好，现在是“真旺”了。他强调，塌陷区要坚持走符合国情的转型发展之路，打造绿水青山，并把绿水青山变成金山银山。

天灰、地陷、墙裂、水黑，曾是潘安湖采煤塌陷区的真实写照，它原来是徐州、塌陷严重的采煤塌陷区。自2010年开始，当地邀请了北林生态田园的专业景观设计团队，由北京林业大学田园领衔，由王健、岳铭成、张承明、张玲玲、迟守冰等核心设计团队成员，规划设计了潘安湖湿地公园核心区域的景观。经过连续多年的治理，潘安湖塌陷区这块“地球的伤疤”，变成了苏北美丽的乡村湿地公园、国家4A级景区。潘安湖也成为了全国由煤矿塌陷区生态修复的湿地公园。

潘安湖项目，是生态田园践行“两山理论”的一次努力。潘安湖湿地项目总规划师田园，抓住湿地以水为核心的景观、文化、生活、自然属性特征，为潘安湖建构了服务于当代城乡文化生活的全系列水上植被空间功能体系。结合湿地景观的变化规律，北林生态规划了马庄区域、游客接待、挺水植被游览区、浮叶植被游览区、湿地生态保育区以及湿地酒店区6个核心区域。同时，从9个方面对潘安湖乡村湿地进行了系统构思，形成了集生态恢复保护、生态景观重建、水系艺术空间梳理、游览交通组织、植被景观配置、历史文化表达、生活娱乐展开等多方面共融发展的湿地景观。

Pan'an Lake National Wetland Park is located in Jiawang District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The original intention of the construction was a comprehensive renovation project for ecological restoration and transformation of the Jiawang coal mining subsidence area, and then gradually developed into a collection of ecological wetland, cultural landscape, recreation and entertainment, and science education functions. All in one comprehensive scenic spot.

“基本农田整理、采煤塌陷地复垦、生态环境修复、湿地景观开发”，北林生态采取四位一体的建设模式，以生态优先法则打造潘安湖湿地公园，化腐朽为神奇，助力当地实现了从“一城煤灰半城土”到“一城青山半城湖”的生态跨越。经过8年的开发，在煤矿资源枯竭后，该项目成功带动了贾汪区的产业转型，产生了良好的生态和社会效益。“看得见山，望得见水，记得住乡愁”的贾汪，成功吸引了来自全世界的目光。

A' Design Award由OMC设计工作室、ICSID国际工业设计联合会和ADI意大利工业设计协会的成员组织承办。它是全球范围内大型、综合的年度设计竞赛之一，也是同时被ICOGRADA国际平面设计协会联合会、BEDA欧洲设计协会、ICSID国际工业设计协会所认可的国际赛事，旨在发掘和表彰全球范围内的设计、技术和创意，为获奖者提供国际性展示平台。

在全球公众的关注下，经过公平公正的匿名评审投票与谨慎评估，来自108个国家和地区、104个不同的设计领域，共2094位设计者获奖。北林生态田园的徐州市贾汪区潘安湖湿地公园景观设计项目，从2020-2021年度A'Design Award收到的2万余件设计作品中脱颖而出，斩获了景观规划及园林设计组别的设计银奖。
